Terms and conditions for renting a private karaoke room in the Academic Quarter
Age limit
With us, the age limit is 18 with a student ID and 20 for everyone else.
When booking a karaoke room, you are responsible for ensuring that everyone in your group is old enough. If anyone is under the age limit, they will be asked to leave the venue immediately without any form of financial refund.
Please note that no refunds or price reductions are given - the booking must be paid for the number of people who were reserved.
Package price includes
- Karaoke program controlled by customer with remote control and QR codes
- 2 microphones of the type Shure SM58
- Screen/screen and projector
- Sound system
Room rental is included in the package price. Additional services such as catering, bar staffing or special security are not included.
Organizer is responsible for
- That the equipment in the room remains in the Academic Quarter
- That those who will work for the organizer during the event have attended the necessary training in advance
- Not to bring food or drink with you
- Making sure to be able to show a valid student ID if this is the case
Economic conditions
All payment takes place on arrival, in advance, before you get access to the room.
Responsibilities and restrictions
DAK has the right to invoice for damaged equipment or equipment that disappears during the event. DAK sends any claim for compensation within 1 month of the event date.
Resale of the service in the form of tickets or participation fees is not permitted.
Cancellation conditions for karaoke bookings
Cancellation of karaoke rooms must be made no later than 24 hours before the booking's start time. If the booking is canceled after the deadline, a cancellation fee of NOK 800 will apply.
