Guardianship arrangement

The guardianship scheme makes it possible for minors to participate in 18- or 20-year-old events, by having an approved guardian with them.

Requirements for a guardian

• The guardian must be over 25 years of age
• The guardian must be family or a close relative
• There must be at least one guardian per minor

How to apply

Submit an application in the form no later than 1 week before the event takes place. We reserve the right that the event may have reached the maximum number of guardianship arrangements, so apply in good time.

Applications are answered on an ongoing basis and the guardian is not approved until you have received written confirmation - it is therefore important to apply early.

Rejection

If your application is rejected, it is your own responsibility to contact the organizer for a possible ticket refund. There is no guarantee of a refund.

Important to know

Violation of the guardianship arrangement leads to immediate expulsion from the event.
