What is the age limit for renting a room?

For events attended by persons under the age of 18, a responsible adult must always be present. This person must be over 18 with a valid student ID, or over 20.

After 9:00 p.m., anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who is over the age of 20 and in a close relationship with the minor.

For events where alcohol is served, each minor must have their own guardian regardless of what time the event takes place.

Can we bring our own furniture or decorations?

Yes, as long as the room is returned in the same condition. Equipment that requires assembly must be approved by the room coordinator in advance.

Can we bring our own goods?

Generally no. Own beverages are not permitted unless explicitly agreed. Contact the room coordinator.

Do we have to have bartenders from Kvarteret?

Yes, when selling alcohol, Kvarteret's bard zoners are required to operate the bar. This is agreed in the booking process.
