Requirements for promotion

These requirements apply to events that are promoted with the Kvarteret's name, premises or logo.

Display requirements

Promotional material displayed on Kvarteret's screens must be delivered as:

• Format: PNG or MP4
• Resolution: 1920 × 1080 px
• Deadline: No later than 5 working days before the event

Send material to marketing@kvarteret.no with the booking code in the subject field.

Social media

Events that wish to be shared on Kvarteret's social media must submit:

• Text and link to ticket sales
• Image in square format (1080 × 1080 px)
• Desired publication date

Exceptions

Internal events without ticket sales are exempt from these requirements.
