Teo combines alternative rock and melodic pop with a organic and lively expression. With a characteristic voice and strong melodies he makes music where live instruments are at the center, and where sound moves between the raw and immediate, and the more nostalgic. The inspiration comes from guitarbased rock and blues to groovy, rythmic elements sometimes verging into funk.

In 2022 Teo received the Lutt-award for Newcomer of the Year, and has since made a name for himself on the Bergen scene. In 2025 he released his debut EP “Ashes in the Rearview”, marking a significant shift towards a more guitar-based and clear-eyed music. The single “Black Cat” was put on P3 Urørts “Anbefaler” list, and his music has been rotated on NRK P1, NRK P3 and P3 Urørt.

In the fall of 2026 Teo’s first proper fullength is arriving, an exploratory new chapter in his discography. On stage is an artist with a strong presence and delivery, something reflected in his background as an actor and his deep love of rock music.
