Who is the way to? Before the car, the people of Bergen had a horse and cart. Narrow alleys and cobbled streets together with the national symbol the light rail made room for a car-free center as the first city in Norway, to both joy and frustration. Recently, a new motorized element has arrived in replacement: the infamous electric scooters. Green, red and flashing, you'll find them everywhere. But where on the road do they belong?

Space in the city is an eternal area of discussion where electric scooters are now making their rounds. There is no space on the pavements, nor on the roads, and the cycle paths are potentially hostile territory occupied by office workers speeding home in shorts and helmets. Pedestrians have stricter conditions, to the detriment of users of crutches, walkers, wheelchairs and blind canes, among other things. The car park is also an enigma like no other: you don't go many rounds in the center before you come across an impenetrable wall of Ryde's. How can we solve this? Should it be regulated or levied?
