In the heart of Paris, a historic cinema is being transformed for a new generation of cinema lovers. Renowned architect Renzo Piano, the man behind Centre Pompidou, is redesigning Pathé Palace into a cinema for the future. Over several years, CONSTRUCTION SITE follows the project from grand architectural visions to the smallest practical details, as architects, engineers, builders and cinema staff navigate disagreements, compromises and the daily challenges of working together.
