Silvia is a resident of Chile’s Santa María Island and spends her days surrounded by a barren landscape. One day, she decides to adopt an unruly puppy which she names Yuri, after the daughter she never had. The two of them form a close bond, but when Yuri disappears on New Year’s Eve, Silvia’s old memories and buried trauma starts to resurface.
