In Copenhagen’s Nørrebro district, Superkilen was designed as a shared space for a neighbourhood that is home to more than 80 nationalities. Filmmakers Bêka & Lemoine spend a summer in the urban park, observing the people who have made it their own. Some use it as intended, while others have found entirely new purposes for it.

Lively and curious, WORLD IN A SQUARE looks at architecture from the ground up, exploring how public spaces are continually shaped not just by architects, but by the people who inhabit them.
